Delivery tracking/ Tracked services/ International delivery

All order before 1600 will be sent either that day or the next working day. Delivery tracking is a paid for extra at checkout. Our basic tracked services only allows us to record when it has been dispatched and when it has arrived. There is no up to date tracking due to the inflation costs of postage we leave this service open for our customers to decide. This also applies with international delivery

All orders are sent by Royal Mail first class as default. For most products this is a free service.

Due to the recent poorer performance of Royal Mail, we no longer will refund or replace items used by this default service. It is generally a safe and effective free shipping service but selecting this service will void any refunds or replacements for items gone missing or delayed.

We offer tracked services for the fee of the courier only. In this case we will guarantee  your order and take full liability of anything that goes missing or is late. There are various services to choose from.

When you select normal first class standard shipping with Royal Mail you are accepting the terms that there is no tracking, your country's customs may delay or return your order and we are not responsible for getting the order to your door when you select this service. In the event of the item coming back to us we will resend it for free or offer a refund. We will contact you and ask your preference before we do. 

Since Brexit, the low price service we offered is not as reliable as it once was. Royal Mail declare that it takes 3-5 days to the EU but on occasion some customers have had to wait a very long time for their orders. It really depends on what country you are in so it is up to you to check. It is also up to the customer to check for any laws on supplement importation to their country. We will no longer pay out for an item lost using this budget service nor do we have the time to fill out lengthy compensation forms that are usually rejected by RM. In nearly all cases the order will arrive in good time but we no longer can take responsibility for selected untracked international orders. We offer it knowing that not everyone wants to pay out for tracking is all. 

Import taxes to countries are the sole responsibility of the customer so please do consider this before placing an order. 

Selecting a service with tracking with Royal Mail, using DHL or any other services will ensure we guarantee your order to your door.
