All orders placed before 1600 weekdays will be posted first class that day or the next. Due to the increased prices of tracking that is now an optional extra. We advise that you do. We can't help items that our not tracked until after 20 days. This is Royal Mail's policy not ours.

We use Royal Mail as our default courier, those wanting to use other services can select them at checkout.

European orders are expected to take 3-5 days and rest of the world 5-10 days according to Evri and Royal Mail but since Brexit international customs are holding things up considerably.

Please be aware that when ordering herbs they can be held up also for extra inspection. This is beyond our control. It is the customers responsibility to check their country's laws. Some items such as mulungu may not be legal in some countries.
Generally you should not have to pay custom charges as VAT is paid here but different customs have different rules. It is for the customer to understand their country's procedures. We do not take responsibility for custom fees or hold ups. All items are dispatched on time and integrally. We always have proof of everything we send.
Refunds are not given whilst items are in transit.
Unfortunately a very small amount of people take advantage of internet buying and take advantage of delays, attempt to claim a refund knowing that the package will still arrive. We are a small business, we must protect ourselves and in turn we will look after you. We will oversee and do everything our end to help your order but when in your country only you can contact your local customs.

Every order is individual and so we will treat it as such but this our policies are there to protect our customers as well as us.

All items are 99% of the delivered on time, late or returned to us. It is extremely rare that something is lost. This is why tracking is recommended. We can cover you much better this way.

Any claims must be made within 4 weeks of their due date. Anything returned to us by a postal service at any time is automatically refunded.

Customers have 14 day approval. That is in case their aliment has changed or they feel they no longer require the items. The item must be in unopened and in the same condition as when it was purchased. Customers are responsible for return postage.

We usually reply to emails within 24 hours. We will resolve your issue with minimal fuss and work with you to ensure you are happy with your purchase. Our 14 day approval is there in case you change your mind later on and our return address is supplied but please let us know before you intend return anything.

Replacement items can be sent only when we have proof that the tracking is failing, we are then able to prove to courier that they are liable and we can claim it back. If you select no tracking to save money we totally understand because 9 times out 10 they arrive on time. We can't send replacements for things that are a little late because we are not Amazon (many of our products are on Amazon and are subject to their Prime service and their policies. Amazon are much more reliable than other courier.
14 day approval is there if it arrived too late for your needs. This policy is in place to protect you. Replacement orders can't sent whilst the initial order is being held by international customs.
